Ragnhild Grytten
Marketing Director, Designindustrien at Norsk Industri
Ragnhild works to strengthen Norwegian furniture and interior design both nationally and internationally. As a project leader for export initiatives, she plays a key role in promoting Norwegian brands on the global stage and developing strategies for international growth. Her work focuses on connecting Norwegian design companies with the right markets and partners, driving competitiveness across the industry.
Andreas Engesvik
Designer & Founding Partner
One of Norway’s most recognized designers, Andreas has a career spanning over two decades. He holds a master’s degree in design from the Bergen Academy of Art and Design and co-founded the award-winning design collective Norway Says in 2000. Since 2010, he has run his own studio, Andreas Engesvik, Oslo, collaborating with international brands such as Fogia, HAY, Muuto, and Iittala. His work is known for its clean Nordic aesthetic, with a strong focus on materiality and function. He has received numerous national and international awards and has been a key voice in shaping Norwegian design over the past 20 years.
Cecilie Molvær Jørgensen
Senior Advisor, DOGA (Design and Architecture Norway)
Cecilie is responsible for the prestigious DOGA Award for Design and Architecture, which highlights excellence in Norwegian design. She also works on the international promotion of Norwegian design and architecture. With a background in journalism and 17 years of experience in leading Norwegian design and lifestyle magazines – including as editor of Bo Bedre – she brings a unique understanding of how to communicate and present Norwegian design to a broader audience.
